History Of The Club Penguin Media Expo

The Club Penguin Media Expo, CPME, originally started out as the Club Penguin Videos Expo, CPV Expo, that went on on July 27th and 28th and August 3rd and 4th. The purpose of the Club Penguin Videos Expo was to gather up all the Youtubers of Club Penguin and fans of meeting their favorite Youtubers together and have a big party. This event was majorly influenced by real life expos and conventions where you meet up with all your favorite online celebrities. Robot Tin was the original host of this event. 

The new name, Club Penguin Media Expo, was changed in 2014 as the event debuted on July 30th and 31st. As from the previous year, the event was only limited to 2 days and shortened to 2 hours. The name was changed from Videos Expo to Media Expo to bring in more of the media arts crowd as for it used to be for video makers only, but now invited bloggers, graphic designers, and many more Club Penguin social media stars and users to join in the fun.
